Residence 9

An authentic design appealing to any homeowner who wants a top end luxury window brand

Residence 9 is a new window system designed to replicate the 19th Century Flush Sash Timber Window

This authentic design is also appealing to any homeowner who wants a top end luxury window brand. It achieved one of the highest classifications on weather test due to its robust design.

Residence 9 is manufactured from a modern composite material to give a virtually maintenance free finish. Only available in heritage colours, the “easy clean rebates” are also foiled in the same finish, which means that the high end, maintenance free appearance is maintained when the window is open. Residence 9 is truly a luxury, top end window system and can also be incorporated into Orangeries and Garden Rooms.

Hand Finished Detailing

Technology may have accelerated rapidly but there is nothing like adding a human element. Residence 9 combines contemporary machining processes with carefully hand finished joints to craft a beautiful window, every time – craftsmanship you will find on very few, modern alternatives as they are welded.

Handles

It is essential that the handles and peg stays fitted to your cottage windows are complementary to both the frame itself and the interior of your home. You can choose Black or Pewter Patina in our handmade range. You could also consider the eclectic mix of a traditional Monkeytail shape in a modern Chrome or Brass type finish!

Finishes

Residence 9 offer a number of authentic oak finishes and traditional paint colours from ‘Grained White’ to ‘Silvered Oak’. Contrasting finishes on the inside and outside are also achievable, if that is what suits your home best. Visit our Gallery section to see how these different finishes have complimented other properties whilst keeping their aesthetic appeal.
